We specialize in helping clients increase the value and beauty of their homes by creating an elegant and unique space.
This includes custom pools, outdoor rooms, hardscapes, gardens, and overall site master planning.
It starts with a site visit and ends with a built space. We work with the Client through the initial meeting to the preliminary plans, to the master plan/ blueprints, and finally coordinate with the contractor to ensure the built environment meets expectations.
Color photorealistic 3D graphics and video help the Client and the Contractor understand the spatial relationship of the project.
For some a firm which provides Design/ Build/ Maintain is the ideal answer to acquiring a outdoor space.
We only Design.
Our approach is to leave the Client with a set of blueprints which they own. This allows competitive bidding, phasing per budget, and self install of chosen elements if desired.
We put your ideas on paper.
What does it all cost? We produce a Proposal for Services based on your needs. We don't believe in retainers, and typically there is no initial meeting fee. More specifically, budget 2%-5% of construction costs toward design fees.
